At Mystiva Cocoa, we prioritize transparency and food safety. By placing an inquiry or order with us, you agree to the following terms:
Because our bean-to-bar chocolates, cocoa products, and kitchen bakes are perishable food items, all sales are final. For food safety reasons, we do not accept returns or process refunds once orders are delivered.
Every batch of chocolate and bakery items is crafted fresh on order. Once manufacturing, roasting, or baking has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
Delivery fees are not included in base prices. Shipping and local courier charges are calculated according to your delivery destination and will be charged extra.
We collect customer information (name, contact number, delivery address) strictly for dispatching your orders and customer service. We never sell, rent, or share your details with third parties.
